Return Policy

When you receive your order, if it is not what you wanted or does not meet your expectations, please contact us at 1-877-328-8877 or email



  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to set up a return.
  • You have a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery on any defective products.
  • Damaged or defective products due to shipping and handling will be replaced at no cost to you within 60 days of delivery.
  • Orders purchased outside of Fathead will not be accepted. Please return your items to the store where your purchase was made.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packing:
    • For any of our decals, do not peel them off the backing.
    • For our Fathead Big Head™ and Stand Out™ cut outs, do not remove them from the surrounding material.

Gift Returns

  • Gift exchanges are available on items that were purchased directly from Fathead. If the original order number is unavailable, we need two of the following pieces of information to locate the order:
    • Original purchaser’s first and last name
    • Full billing address
    • Full shipping address
    • Phone number associated with the order
    • Email address used to place the order
  • Customers wanting a gift exchange need to cover return shipping costs.
  • Products that are outside of the 30 day return policy, but within the 60 day warranty period will be replaced with the same product.
  • Returns for items that are no longer available will be issued a credit.
  • For all gift orders, we reserve the right to issue a Fathead credit.

Custom Creation Return

  • All sales of Fathead Custom Creation Orders are final and ineligible for returns, but can be replaced if there is damage during shipping.
    • Replaced orders will be a reprint of the SAME exact image. No changes can be made to the print.
  • If you are unhappy with your order, you will be offered 50% off a replacement order.
    • Customers must pay shipping costs to return their original order to receive the 50% off their replacement order.
    • No additional discounts or promotions can apply to your replacement order.
  • No refunds will be processed for customer errors such as low resolution, failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s remorse.
