When you receive your order, if it is not what you wanted or does not meet your expectations, please process your exchange using the following website: https://returns.fathead.com
- You have fourteen (14) business days from the date of delivery to set-up an exchange for all Fathead.com products, excluding Custom Creations and Licensed Sports Wallpaper.
- Proof of purchase from Fathead.com is required for all returns.
- Customers wanting to exchange a product are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item.
- The product must be unused and in its original packing:
- For any of our decals, do not peel them off the backing.
- For our Fathead Big HeadTM and Stand OutTM cut outs, do not remove them from the surrounding material.
- You have fourteen (14) business days from the date of delivery on any defective products.
- Damaged or defective products due to shipping and handling will be replaced at no cost to you.
- Proof of purchase from Fathead.com is required for all exchanges.
- Orders purchased outside of Fathead will not be accepted. Please return your items to the store where the original purchase was made.
- Gift exchanges are available on items that were purchased directly from Fathead. If the original order number is unavailable, we need two of the following pieces of information to locate the order:
- Original purchaser’s first and last name
- Full billing address
- Full shipping address
- Email associated with the order
- Gift exchanges are available within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date.
- Customers wanting a gift exchange need to cover all return shipping costs.
- The gift will be exchanged for any of our retail products that are valued at or below the original value paid.
- Damaged gifts will be replaced at no charge within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date.
Custom Creation Exchange
- All sales of Fathead Custom Creation Orders are final and ineligible for exchanges but can be replaced if there is damage during shipping or extreme delay during shipping. Customers should note that processing and printing an order takes three to five (3-5) standard business days and this does NOT include shipping time.
- Exchanged orders will be a reprint of the SAME exact image. No changes can be made to the print.
- No exchanges will be processed for customer errors such as low resolution, failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s remorse.
Licensed Sports Wallpaper Exchanges
- All sales of Licensed Spots Wallpaper are final and ineligible for exchanges but can be replaced if there is damage during shipping.
- Replacement orders due to shipping damage will be a reprint of the SAME Licensed Sports Wallpaper.
No additional discounts or promotions can apply to your replacement order.
